How do I find out my contract details
With a copy of your latest bills and a valid letter of authority from you we can find out the exact details of your current contracts for you.

What does Pink Business Electricity do with my company details?
Pink Business Electricity are registered with the data protection agency. Your business details are stored securely in our in-house database system and under no circumstances will not be given to any third party. All company information is kept confidential at all times.
Low rate VAT and Climate Change Levy (CCL)?
Charities, nursing homes and churches don't have to pay CCL (climate change levy) and are also entitled to reduced VAT. We will make sure you only pay what you need to. Your claim can be back dated six years if you have been overpaying!
Do I have to sign a contract to use your services?
We do not ask you to sign an exclusivity contract with us, indeed you are under no obligation whatsoever to accept any of the quotes we find for you, however, 97% of businesses do!
Can we use Pink Business Electricity to go Green?
Yes you can. A number of suppliers now offer the option of 10% to 100% Green Energy. If you let us know you like the idea of using Green Energy we will find the right supplier for you.
How do I cease my current contract and switch supplier?
You/we must send your current supplier a notice of cancellation at the correct time, before the end of your existing contract. Cancellation dates range from 45 days to 180 days before the contract end date! We will check your existing suppliers Terms & Conditions and you may be in for a surprise.
Will I ever be without power if I cancel my contract?
No. You will never be without a power supply. After all "it's the same gas down the same pipe", the savings come from us arranging for a supplier with better pricing to bill.
Can my supplier stop me changing?
iYour current supplier can refuse a switch of supplier if you have an outstanding debt, or if the correct notice has not been given. Depending on your new supplier, switching can take from as little as 10 days to 6 weeks to complete. We will manage the process.
